Many thanks to the staff who have worked hard throughout the pandemic!  It’s been hard to stay healthy during this turbulent time and we want to encourage you to jumpstart your focus on your health or continue on your journey by offering this contest to Hawaii State AFL-CIO affiliate union staff.  One winner will be randomly selected each Monday to win a prize worth between $50-100!  

The contest will run from April 5-May 3, 2021.  You can enter for only 1 week or all 4 since it takes time to build a habit.  You must turn in your bingo card via email to LCSP@hawaflcio.org by 8 p.m. on Sunday (4/11, 4/18, 4/25, and 5/2) to be eligible for the following Monday winner selection. This is based on an honor system. 

Only do what you are comfortable with. You should always consult your physician or other healthcare providers if you have questions and need confirmation before changing your diet or starting an exercise program.
